      研究不同浓度氯化镉对雄性小鼠繁殖性能的影响,设4个剂量处理组,按每千克体重分别皮下注射0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0mg 的氯化镉,对照组皮下注射等量的生理盐水。在适宜环境下饲养35 d后,按照1:2的比例与母鼠交配,检测母鼠的妊娠率、分娩率、后代产仔数、后代初生重和后代性别比例等指标,判断镉对雄性小鼠繁殖能力的影响。结果发现,在2.0 mg 剂量的氯化镉影响下,雄性小鼠的体重和睾丸重显著性下降,配种后的母鼠妊娠率、分娩率和后代产仔数也显著性下降,但是观察后代的生长发育与对照组相比并无任何异常。试验结果表明,镉对雄性小鼠的繁殖性能有严重损害作用,但对所繁殖出来的后代的生长发育并没有影响。
英文摘要:
      This study aimed to investigate the effect of different concentration of cadmium chloride on the reproduction performance of male mice. Four groups of male mice were injected with 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 mg of cadmium chloride per kg of body weight, respectively, while control group was injected with saline solution. 35 days after injection, male mice were mated with female mice in a ratio of 1:2. The pregnancy rate, fallowing rate and the litter size of the mated female mice, the birth weight and the sex ratio of new born mice were analyzed. The results showed that injection with 2.0 mg of cadmium chloride per kg of body weight decreased the body weight and testis weight of the injected male mice, and also decreased the pregnancy rate, fallowing rate and the litter size of mated female mice. However,abnormal growth or development was not observed on born mice. This result suggested that cadmium inhibit the reproduction performance of male mice, but it does not affect the growth and development of born mice.
