      在番茄果实颜色发育过程中,转录因子参与其中。在源于番茄野生种Solanum lycopersicoides的导入系群体中,发现了1个黄果突变体,以红果亲本番茄及该黄果突变体为遗传材料,通过数字基因表达谱测序及RT-PCR,对MYB转录因子的表达模式进行研究。筛选到多个与果实颜色相关的差异表达MYB转录因子,并进行了半定量RT-PCR验证。
英文摘要:
      During the tomato fruit color development, transcription factor may play important roles. From an introgression line population derived from tomato wild species Solanum lycopersicoides, we found a yellow-fruit mutant line which was different from redfruit patent. We took red-fruit parent tomato and yellow-fruit mutant as genetic materials to study the gene expression profiles of MYB transcription factor by digital gene expression sequencing and RT-PCR. As results, we screened out many MYB transcription factors related to tomato fruit color and differential expressed in yellow-fruit and red-fruit tomato, and verified one of them by RT-PCR.
