| 依据计划行为理论，构建了土地承包经营权抵押贷款农户意愿的结构方程模型。在312户微观问卷数据的基础上，运用因子分析和结构方程模型，系统地分析了各个因素对农户土地承包经营权抵押贷款意愿的影响。结果表明，计划行为理论较好地解释了土地承包经营权抵押贷款中农户的意愿问题；其中农户的行为态度、主观规范和感知行为控制相互之间存在显著正向影响，农户的行为态度和主观规范对行为意愿有显著正向作用；农户土地承包经营权抵押贷款决策正处在"生存理性"和"经济理性"并重的阶段，二者没有明显的过渡趋势，农户的"价值理性"开始形成；农户对贷款的价值判断、家人和亲友意见及和自身抗风险能力评估对抵押贷款决策存在较强的正向作用。 |

| According to the theory of planned behavior (TPB), structural equation modeling (SEM) for farmers'willingness of land contract right mortgage was constructed in this article. Based on 312 micro data, effects of various factors on farmers' willingness of land contract right mortgage were analyzed by factor analysis and structural equation model. The results showed that the theory of planned behavior explained farmers' willingness of land contract right mortgage. There was significantly positive relationship among farmers' behavior and attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, and farmers'behavior and attitude and subjective norms had significantly positive effect on behavior willingness. Household land contract and management right mortgage decision was being in stage of both “survival rationality”and “economic rationality”, and the two had no obvious transition trend, farmers' 耶value rationality爷began to form. Farmers' value judgment about the loan, family and friends' opinions and its own assessment of ability to resist risks had strongly positive effect on mortgage decision. |
