| The methods of expert interview and interview investigation to agriculture cadres, large-scale agricultural machinery dealers and farmers ,which used by Department of Agriculture of Guangdong Province and College of Economy and Management, South China of Agricultural University. The implementing situation , performance and problems of the allowance for purchasing agricultural machinery in Guangdong province were expressed in this interview investigation. At the same time, some policy coutermeasures of the allowance for purchasing agricultural machinery in Guangdong province were provided also in this interview investigation. |
