| 在对广东海洋经济发展特点进行归纳总结基础上，对比分析美国、英国等海洋经济强国的海洋经济布局、海洋产业战略选择。研究结果表明，广东海洋经济总体实力在国内处于领先地位，但海洋区域经济差距较大、海洋现代服务业与战略性新兴产业发展滞后成为制约海洋经济发展的重要瓶颈。广东应挖掘全球市场机会，大力引进全球范围内的海洋产业资源，以海洋科技创新推动海洋产业的高端化发展，缩小海洋区域差距，实现海洋经济全面发展。 |

| This paper systematically summarizes the characteristics of Guangdong marine economy, makes a comparative analysis on marine economic arrangement and the strategic choice of marine industry with the United States and the United Kingdom. Overall, the level of Guangdong marine economy is in front of most domestic coastal provinces.The regional disparities of marine economy and the slow development of marine strategic emerging industries restrict Guangdong marine economy. Guangdong may use the marine resources over the world and propel the marine technology innovation to achieve the comprehensive development of marine economy. |
