      以黑龙江省作为研究区域,界定农业技术创新扩散的环境,并分析各环境因素对农业技术创新扩散过程的影响。从扩散环境的角度对基本的Bass模型进行修正,得出创新系数及模仿系数受环境影响的不稳定性,在此基础上有针对性地对扩散环境提出优化对策:加大对自然生态系统和环境的保护力度,推进生态文明制度建设;构建全方位、多层次的农业技术推广网络;促进中介机构发展,推动农村信息化建设;提高农民的综合素质,改善农村基础设施建设。

      Taking Heilongjiang province as the research area, environment diffusion of agricultural technology innovation was defined and various environmental factors on agricultural technology innovation diffusion process were analyzed. From the aspect of diffusion environment revision on the basic Bass model, innovation and imitation coefficients'instability affected by the envionment were obtained. On the basis of diffusion environment in Heilongjiang province, optimizing countermeasures were proposed, including increasing the natural ecosystem and environment protection and promoting ecological civilization construction system; building a comprehensive, multi -level agricultural technology promotion network; promoting the development agency to promote information technology in rural areas;improving the overall quality of farmers and rural infrastructure.
