| 大学生村官政策的实施有效推进了社会主义新农村建设中基层干部队伍建设，但政府职能部门后续培养缺乏针对性，大学生村官作用发挥不够。以重庆市大学生村官政策为研究对象，分析了重庆大学生村官的培养现状和存在问题，提出了大学生村官分类培养模式，真正实现选得好、留得住、用得上、流得动的培养目标。 |

| grass -roots cadres in the socialist new rural construction, but the follow -up training of the government functional departments lacks of pertinence, as a result, the effect of college student village official is far from enough. This paper takes the policy of Chongqing university student village official as research object,analyzing the training status quo and existing problems of Chongqing university student village official, and putting forward the training mode classification of college student village official, to achieve the training goal of good selection, retainment, full utilization and good flow of talents. |
