| 使用2000-2011 年省际面板数据,基于消费者最优选择框架,实证考察了财政支农支出对农村居民消
费的影响结果发现,财政支农支出对农村居民消费并未有显著的挤入效应,对农村居民消费的影响也不存在显著
的时期效应和区域效应,为发挥财政支农支出的消费效应推动我国经济的持续健康发展提出相关的政策建议 |

| Based on the optimal choice of consumer's framework, this paper studies the effect of fiscal expenditure for
agriculture on rural residents' consumption from 2000 to 2011.The results show that, fiscal expenditure for agriculture has
no significant crowding-in effect, time effect and regional effect on rural residents' consumption, Finally, some policy
recommendations are put forward to promote the sustained and healthy economic development. |
