| 大力发展现代农业科技服务业是推动农业现代化的核心抓手。唐山市是农业大市，但还存在农业科技
服务水平整体不高、农业科研与农业生产脱节、农业科技推广服务体系不健全、农业科技成果转化率低等诸多问题。
唐山市农业科技服务业发展的重点是农业信息化服务、农业科技金融服务、农业科技创新服务和农业科技推广服
务。最后提出了推进唐山市农业科技服务业发展的建议。 |

| Agricultural disciplines are mainly practical and applied, and the talent training of agricultural disciplines
should insiston the principle of practicalness and applicability preferentially. Practice education is necessary to develop
professional talents of agriculture, and it can train abilities of practicalness and applicability. This paper discusses
acknowledge, capacities and qualities that agricultural should professional talents possess. Based on the idea of practice
education, building a platform, optimizing schemes and creating innovation models for practice education are necessary
approaches to improve the training methods of agricultural talents. |
