      针对稻谷加工破损问题,提出了基于图像处理稻谷断裂面裂纹识别方法。通过剪切试验后获取稻谷断 裂面显微图像,提取其裂纹特征参数并进行了T 检验及BP 神经网络识别研究。结果表明,两种稻谷特征参数K 值差 异性显著,干燥和未干燥稻谷裂纹的准确识别率分别为96.4%和83.3%,用图像识别的方法可判断稻谷加工时的水 分条件,对稻谷的贮藏及加工条件的控制具有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      To study problems of rice breakage during processing, methods of inspecting rice fracture crack based on image processing were proposed. Rice fracture surface and their microscopic images surface were separately obtained after shear test and microscope scanning. The characteristic parameters of crack were extracted and carried out T-test and BP neural network discrimination. The result shows : the value of parameter K of both kind rice is significantly different. The non-drying and drying rice crack identification ratios were 96.4% and 83.3%.The image recognition method can determine the moisture conditions during rice processing and has a guiding for rice storage and processing conditions control.
