| 通过田间试验研究了镁肥用量对冬种马铃薯产量和品质以及养分含量的影响。结果表明，合理施用镁
肥能够提高马铃薯产量，提高薯块粗蛋白、可溶性糖以及淀粉含量，且薯块氮、钾、镁等养分含量也有一定程度的提
高；在珠三角地区冬种马铃薯适宜的镁肥(MgO）用量为75.0 kg/hm2。 |

| A field experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of magnesium nutrition on yield, quality and
nutrition content of winter potato tuber. The result showed that the yield increased and the crude protein, soluble sugar and
starch content of potato tuber enhanced, and the nitrogen, potassium and magnesium content of potato tuber increased when
magnesium fertilizer was applied. It is suggested that 75.0 kg/hm2 application on winter potato in Pearl River Delta area is
advisable. |
