      对纵条纹炭角菌培养所需碳源和氮源进行筛选、探讨了该菌生长的最适温度和pH 值、进一步研究了其 子实体培养的最佳配方。结果表明、纵条纹炭角菌菌丝体培养的最适碳源为葡萄糖、最适氮源为酵母粉、最佳温度为 30益、最适pH 值为7、子实体培养的营养料最佳配方为73%棉籽壳+25%麸皮。
英文摘要:
      In this study, the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources on culturing Xylaria striata were screened, then the optimum temperature and pH value for the growth of fungi were studied, and further research was done to study its optimal formula of fruiting bodies culturing. Results showed that the optimum carbon source was glucose, optimum nitrogen source was powder of yeast, optimum temperature was 30益and optimum pH was 7 for Xylaria striata. The best optimal formula of fruiting bodies culturing was 75% cottonseed hull + 25% bran.
