| 检测血中钙、磷以及羟脯氨酸的含量对于奶牛骨营养不良症的发病机理和防治具有极其重要的意义。
通过对河北北部围产期奶牛血清钙、血清磷以及血清游离羟脯氨酸变化规律的监测、揭示围产期奶牛血清游离羟脯
氨酸监测对骨营养调控作用机理、探讨骨营养不良症的早期诊断的新途径、在骨未发生变形和临床无明显可观症状
之前采取有效防治措施、为防治奶牛围产期营养不良症的预防的早期诊断提供一定的理论依据。 |
