      以贵州恕江山茶为原料,采用液压榨油技术,通过单因素试验探讨含壳率、蒸胚时间、压榨时间和压榨温度对茶籽油出油率的影响,再采用L9(3)4正交试验设计对液压榨油技术榨取油茶籽油的工艺进行优化并对产品进行质量评价。结果表明,液压法榨取油茶籽油最佳工艺条件为:含壳率7%、蒸胚时间5 min、压榨时间23min、压榨温度65℃,在最优条件下油茶籽油的得油率为84.61%。经检测,所得毛油不饱和脂肪酸含量高达86.51%,过氧化值低达2.11mmol/kg,毛油色泽呈浅黄色并有极少沉淀,苯并(琢)芘含量远低于螺旋压榨法所得毛油。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of single-factor test, we optimized process conditions of extraction on Camellia oil from Nujiang Camellia seed, produced from Guizhou, by orthogonal experimental design. It was found that the optimum extraction conditions were rate of hull in kernel 7%, steaming for 5 min, pressing at 65℃for 23 min. Under those conditions, the extraction rate was 84.61%, the content of unsaturated fatty acid was 86.51%, and the peroxide value was below 2.11 mmol/kg, the crude oil color was light yellow with only few of any precipitation in the oil, and the content of Benzo (琢) pyrene was obviously lower than that produced by screw pressing.
