| 以5种不同紫苤蓝自交系为试材和普通绿苤蓝野早冠冶进行正反交，结合颜色形态观察和色值法取值对紫苤蓝表皮颜色进行遗传分析。结果表明，紫苤蓝球茎颜色遗传属于核基因遗传，紫色对绿色为显性，绿色为隐性。不同来源的紫苤蓝的紫色性状受微效基因的影响不同，利用这一性状为培育新类型、新品种提供了理论基础。 |

| Taking five different purple kohlrabi inbred line and green kohlrabi “Zaoguan”as parent, this study developed reciprocal cross (F1, RF1), combined with morphology and color values of the HSB for skin color purple kohlrabi for genetic analysis. The results showed that the color of purple kohlrabi爷s bulbs was genetic nucleus, purple to green as dominant, and green was recessive. Minor genes were affected by different controlling purple kohlrabi from different sources, and the use of this trait to cultivate new types and new varieties provided a theoretical basis. |
