      为了解全国荔枝存在的病原真菌种类,对来自全国6省18个市地的108个荔枝品种的162份病害样本进行分离鉴定,得到255个病原真菌菌株,涉及21个种,其中13种已有记录在荔枝上发生,8种未有在荔枝上报道出现。炭疽菌和镰刀菌所占比例最多、分布范围最广、涉及荔枝品种最多,在荔枝叶片、果实和茎干上几乎都能分离到,霜疫霉菌(Peronophythora litchi)只在果实上分离到。叶部是病原真菌存在的最主要部位。

      To make the pathogen species clear of litchi in China, 162 disease samples from 108 litchi varieties in 6 provinces of south china were collected and isolated. And 255 isolates of pathogen were identified. The isolates belong to 21 kinds of pathogen fungus, in which 13 species had been reported in litchi, and the other 8 had not now. Fusarium and Colletotrichum were the most, and could be found in almost all the palces in litchi. These two microorganisms could be isolated from leaves, fruits and stems. Peronophythora litchi was isolated in fruits only. The main tissue of pathogenic fungi was leaves .
