      以充分供水为对照,并设置萌芽期轻度亏水(RDI-Ⅰ),抽蔓期轻度亏水(RDI-Ⅱ)及开花座果期(RDI-Ⅲ)、浆果膨大期9RDI-Ⅳ)和着色成熟期轻度亏水(RDI-Ⅴ)5个处理,探明不同生育期调亏滴灌对设施延后栽培葡萄生长状况与品质的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,不同生育期适度亏水处理对葡萄生长特性和品质的影响差异显著,但萌芽期和抽蔓期轻度调亏对葡萄植株的生长和同化物输送能力影响不显著;而萌芽期适度亏水可以显著提高延后栽培葡萄的产量(较CK增加2.87%);且着色成熟期适度亏水可显著提高葡萄总糖含量(较CK增加22.29%)、减小可溶性固形物和可滴定酸(较CK分别减少7.08%和3.41%),同时保持较高的花青苷。研究表明院就不同亏水处理对葡萄品质及各项生长指标影响而言,着色成熟期轻度亏水处理对葡萄品质改善效果最佳。

      To study the effect of regulated deficit irrigation on growth characteristics and quality of the grape under delayed cultivation during different growth stages, using five treatments including: mild water deficit at, germination stage (RDI-Ⅰ), vining stage (RDI-Ⅱ), blossom period (RDI-Ⅲ), fruit enlargement (RDI-IV)and ripening stage (RDI-Ⅴ) and control group with sufficient water supply were set. The results showed that, water deficit had significant effecs on the growth characteristics and quality of the grape during different stages compared with control. Although during the germination and vining stage, mild water deficit had no significant effect on the normal growth of grape plants and photosynthesis. However, under moderate water deficit during germination stage, the yield of delayed cultivation grapes increased 2.87% than CK. Further, during ripening period, grape quality improved considerably under moderate water stress, and it markedly enhanced the grape sugar content (22.29% more than CK), while reduced the total soluble solid contents and titratable acidity (reduced by 7.08% and 3.41% respectively than CK), maintained higher content of anthocyanin glycosides and the overall optimal grape quality. The resn'ts indicate that different water deficit conditions during different growth stages enhanced the grape quality, coloring maturity and growth, and it could be the best way to improve grape quality under mild water deficit during fruit ripening stage.
