      以20 份柱花草为试验材料,研究不同浓度的铝处理对柱花草种子萌发的影响。结果表明,不同铝浓度下柱花草的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及种子根耐受指数间存在差异显著,部分柱花草随着铝浓度的增加,各指标均呈下降趋势,也有部分柱花草在高铝胁迫下反而促进了发芽。
英文摘要:
      The experiment studied the effect of different concentration of aluminum treatment on seed germination of Stylosanthes, by taking 20 Stylosanthes as the materials. The results showed that there were significant differences in the germination rate, germination potential, germination index and root tolerance index under different concentration of Al. For some Stylosanthes, these indexes showed downward trend with the increase of aluminum concentration, while for others, the seed germination was promoted by high aluminum stress.
