| 基于江西省创业农户的调查数据，运用有序Probit模型对创业农户关于政策支持环境认同度及影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明，务工经历和技能培训是创业农户对政策支持环境认同度的关键影响因素，性别和文化程度对创业农户关于政策支持环境认同度的影响也比较显著。不同年龄阶段的创业农户，其影响因素不尽相同，中青年创业农户更易受务工经历等的影响，而老年创业农户对性别、务工经历和技能培训更为敏感。 |

| Based on the survey data of entrepreneurial farmers in Jiangxi province, using ordered Probit model this
paper conducted empirical analysis on entrepreneurial farmers’identification on policy support environment and its
influencing factors. Results showed that the experience and skill training of migrant workers had critical influence on the identification of entrepreneurial farmers忆to the policy support environment. In addition, it was found that entrepreneurial farmers’identification on policy support environment was significantly affected by their gender and culture degree.Different age stages of entrepreneurial farmers varied with different influencing factors. Youth and middle -aged entrepreneurial farmers were more easily affected by work experience and other factors, while elderly entrepreneurial farmers were more sensitive to gender, working experience and skill training. |
