| 在流感疫情对家禽养殖业重创的大背景下，对2014 年广东肉鸡产业发展现状进行分析。结果表明，
广东肉鸡饲养量、出栏量和存栏量大幅度下降；肉鸡饲养规模总体缩减；肉鸡价格下跌幅度大，亏损严重；养殖成
本增加，人工投入费用大幅上升；鸡苗价跌滞销，饲养规模缩减；在肉鸡产品进出口方面，广东供港澳肉鸡产品有
所下降，白羽肉鸡进口数量大幅增加。分析了2013—2014 年广东肉鸡产业产品需求情况、流通状况、价格变化，并
对2015 年价格进行预测，预计2015 年下半年将迎来高利润高峰。此外，针对广东省大力推进家禽“集中屠宰、冷
链配送、生鲜上市”的工作，提出相关建议以适应当前产业发展的新形势及人们对食品安全的高要求，进一步促
进肉鸡产业的可持续发展。 |

| In the background of flu outbreak hitting poultry industry seriously，the development status of chichen
industry in 2014 in Guangdong was analyzed. The results showed that the amounts of broiler feeding，slaughtered and
in stock fell sharply，breeding scale overall shrinked，price declined sharply with heavy losses，while production cost
increased including a sharp rise in labor cost，chick’s price fell unsalably，resulting in the reduction in scale of breeding.
In the import and export，chicken products for Hong Kong and Macao declined，while chicken imports increased
dramatically. And the product demand situation，product circulation situation，product price changes of Guangdong
chicken industry in 2013-2014 and price forecasting in 2015 were analyzed，the peak for high profits were expected in
the second half of 2015. In addition，in the view of Guangdong province vigorously promoting work including“centralized
slaughtering poultry，cold-chain distribution，fresh listed”，some related suggestions were put forward in order to meet
the new situation of current industry development and high requirements of people for food safety，to further promote the
sustainable development of chichen industry. |
