| 对江西省赣州市信丰县同一生产果园的健康纽荷尔脐橙和感染黄龙病纽荷尔脐橙果实品质进行
比较分析，探讨黄龙病对纽荷尔脐橙果实品质的影响。主要对单果重、果形指数、果皮厚度、果实硬度、可溶性
固形物、含酸量、维生素C 含量、果汁率、果实着色状况等指标进行评价。结果表明，同一生产果园中的健康纽
荷尔脐橙果实和黄龙病纽荷尔脐橙果实在外观、内在、着色等多个指标上存在明显差异，黄龙病果实变小，果
皮变厚，果实硬度增大，可溶性固形物、酸含量、维生素C 含量明显下降，果实的着色情况也存在显著差异。 |

| To study the effects of huanglongbing (HLB) on Newhall Naval Orange (Citrus sinensis Osbeck
耶Newhall爷), fruit quality differences between healthy Newhall Naval Orange and HLB infected Newhall Naval Orange
were compared. All the fruits came from the same orchard in Ganzhou city of Jiangxi province. The parameters
including weight, fruit shape index, peel thickness, firmness, fruit total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acid (TA)
content, Vc content, juice rate, fruit color, etc. Of healthy and HLB infected Newhall Naval Orange were evaluated.
Results showed that significant differences on fruit quality were presented between healthy and HLB infected Newhall
Naval Orange in the same orchard. Compared with healthy fruits, the size of infected fruits decreased, peels became
thicker, firmness increased, while the contents of TSS, TA, Vc significantly decreased. There was also significant
differences between the healthy and HLB infected Newhall Naval Orange in fruit coloring. |
