      研究温度对云斑尖塘鳢(Oxyeleotris marmorata)胚胎发育的影响和初孵仔鱼形态的变化,结果表 明:在一定范围内,随着温度的提高,云斑尖塘鳢的孵化时间缩短。其胚胎发育的最适温度为26.5-29.0益,此时 孵化率达到86%,破膜3 d内仔鱼的死亡率不到15%。在平均水温29益时,云斑尖塘鳢胚胎发育的有效积温为 1 185.7 益窑h,阈温度为13.8益。云斑尖塘鳢胚后发育过程(主要是仔鱼阶段)可划分为2 个阶段8 个时期,包括 初孵仔鱼期、胸鳍原基期、眼黄期、眼黑色素期、鳔出现期、卵黄吸尽期、尾椎上翘期、鳍分化形成期。初孵仔鱼 全长平均2.8-3.2 mm,身体较透明,主要靠卵黄提供营养;待口能张合,消化道贯通,仔鱼则可以通过摄食进入 混合营养期;待卵黄囊耗尽,仔鱼完全依赖于外源性营养;接着尾椎开始上翘,尾鳍、背鳍、臀鳍、腹鳍相继分化 形成,初步呈现成鱼体征。
英文摘要:
      In this study, the effects of different temperatures on the embryonic development of Oxyeleotris marmorata and morphological observation of post-embryonic development were examined. The results indicated that, in a certain temperature range, with the water temperature rising, the speed of hatching was expedited. The optimum temperature on embryonic development was 26.5-29.0益, with hatching rate of 86%, and mortality rate of newly hatched larvae less than 15%. At 29益, the effective accumulated temperature was 1 185.7 益窑h in embryonic development, and the threshold temperature was calculated as 13.8益. The post-embryonic development (mainly the larvae stage) of O. marmorata could be divided into two periods (yolk sac larva and late larva) and eight stages, including hatching larva stage, rudiment of pectoral fin stage, xanthic eye stage, melanoid eye stage, emergence of air bladder stage, exhaustion of yolk stage, chordal tip lifting stage and formation of fin stage. The newly-hatched larva was transparent, and the average length was 2.8-3.2 mm. Its nutrition was mainly raised by yolk. Once the mouth and its digestive tract were fully developed, larva was able to feed and turned into the mixed vegetation period. 120 -144 h after hatching, the larva depended on exterior nutrition completely since yolk was exhausted. Thereafter, coccygeal vertebra started to become warped, to form the caudal fin, dorsal fin, anal fin and pelvic fin, to present preliminary fish signs.
