| 农业机械装备应用对于减轻劳动强度、提高丘陵山地果园生产效率与水果品质、增加果农收入、
实现丘陵山地果园机械化具有重要意义。丘陵山地水果产业是典型的丘陵山地农业，而丘陵山地果园机械化
已成为丘陵山地果园作业的核心需求。经调研分析，针对丘陵山地果园机械化在地理条件和生产体制、农村
劳动力转移与老龄化、政策机制、技术研发、配套服务和农机农艺相结合等方面存在的问题，从政府和农机企
业层面入手，建议政府优化自身职能，发展人力资源建设，完善相关体制建设；建议农机企业加大技术研发力
度，健全服务体系，加强农机与农艺的结合。政府与农机企业结合的发展思路将会更好地发挥彼此作用，最终
提升丘陵山地果园机械化水平，促进果园增产、农民增收。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Application of mountain orchard mechanization has great significance to reduce labor intensity，
increase production efficiency and fruit quality，ascend income of farmers and achieve hilly mountain orchard
mechanization. Mountain fruit industry is typical mountain farming，the mountain orchard mechanization has become
the core requirement of mountain orchard operation. According to the survey in Longmen county of Guangdong
province，aiming at the problems of geographical conditions and production system，rural labor transfer and aging，
policy mechanism，research and development of technology，service system and farm machinery with agronomy，some
pertinent suggestions were put forward from the government and agricultural machinery enterprises’ perspectives. On
one hand，the government should optimize functions，vigorously develop human resources’ construction and perfect the
relevant system construction. On the other hand，farm
machinery enterprises should strengthen the research
and development of technology，perfect service system，
combine agricultural machinery and agronomy. The
combination of government and enterprises will play a
better role to each other，and finally promote the orchard
production as well as increase farmers’ income. |
