| 创新农资经营方式，推动农资供应与农资服务的有机结合，为农民提供便利、安全、优质的服务，
对实现农业现代化至关重要。通过对3 种现有农资电商模式的比较分析，针对现有农资电商存在投资大、风
险高、推广慢、不能更好地满足现代农资需求等问题，提出“农资企业+ 电商平台+ 物流商+ 农民专业合作
社”线上线下协同发展的新型农资O2O 模式及其有效运作的保障措施。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The presentation of creative operation mode of agricultural materials，the combination between
agricultural materials supply and service，and the supplement of convenient，safe，high quality service to peasant
are very important to the agricultural modernization. This paper presented a new e-commerce mode of agricultural
materials based on“ online to offline”，namely“ agricultural materials firm+ e-commerce platform +logistics
providers +farmer cooperative”，researched the measures to support this mode in the view of comparison and analysis
of the existing three e-commerce modes of agricultural materials，according to the problems of high investment and
risk，slow extension，which could not satisfy the present demand of agricultural materials. |
