| 为深入了解陆稻过氧化氢酶（CAT）基因的序列特点和生物信息学信息，以粳型陆稻品种泸旱3
号为材料，利用同源克隆技术成功获得1 条陆稻CAT 基因序列（GenBank 登录号：KR133179）。该序列全长
1 739 bp，其中编码区ORF 全长1 479 bp，编码492 个氨基酸。生物信息学分析发现，此基因是位于水稻基因
组第6 号染色体的单拷贝基因。对其编码蛋白分析表明，其具有过氧化氢酶保守结构域，属于CAT 家族。与水
稻CAT 基因序列（OsCATB）进行比较发现，OsCATB-lh 与水稻OsCATB 基因核苷酸序列一致性达到99%，存
在6 个核苷酸差异位点；与水稻OsCATB 蛋白序列一致性为99%，有3 个氨基酸变异位点。 |

| In order to study the sequence characteristics and biological information of CAT gene in upland rice，
the CAT gene of upland rice of Luhan No.3 was cloned by homology cloning methord（OsCATB-lh，GenBank accession
number：KR133179）. The cDNA length of OsCATB-lh was 1 739 bp，with an open reading frame of 1 479 bp encoding
a polypeptide of 492 amino acids. OsCATB-lh was a single copy gene in rice genome onthe sixth chromosome . The
protein encoded by OsCATB-lh dcontained a catalase family conserved domain. The high homology of cDNA（99%）
with 6 single nucleotide polymorphisms（SNP）sites and protein（99%）with 3 amino acid mutation sites were found
between OsCATB and OsCATB-lh. |
