      采用自制序批式厌氧消化装置,在中温(37℃)条件下研究废弃脐橙与猪粪厌氧共消化的反应性 能,通过设计正交试验,研究TS、C/N、温度对产甲烷的影响。结果表明:各处理容易在短时间内迅速积累大量 的挥发性脂肪酸,在不调控pH 的情况下产甲烷过程容易受到抑制。正交试验结果的直观分析表明对产气性能 影响最大的因素是C/N,其次是TS,影响最小的是温度,初步得出最佳反应条件为C/N = 35、TS = 15%、温度 55℃。
英文摘要:
      The potential of mesophilic anaerobic digestion for the treatment of navel orange wastes and swine manure was evaluated. Co-digestion process was conducted in batch digesters. Effects of total solid(TS),C/N, and temperature on co-digestion process were studied by orthogonal experiment. Results showed that high-level accumulation of volatile fatty acid(VFAs)and lack of pH-regulation might contribute to poor methane production. According to intuitive analysis,the most influent factor for biogas production was C/N,follow by TS,then temperature. The optimum condition was C/N of 35,TS of 15% and at 55℃.
