| 为了解罗氏沼虾广东种群和广西种群的遗传多样性， 指导罗氏沼虾的遗传育种工作， 利用 12 个
微卫星标记对罗氏沼虾广西和广东 2 个种群的遗传多样性进行了分析。 结果表明， 12 个微卫星位点在 2 个罗
氏沼虾种群中的扩增产物均具有多态性， 共获得 71 个等位基因， 每个位点平均等位基因数为 5.92 个。 广西
种群的平均有效等位基因数、 观测杂合度、 期望杂合度、 平均多态信息含量分别为 3.9183、 0.9505、 0.7376、
0.6558，广东种群的平均有效等位基因数、观测杂合度、期望杂合度、平均多态信息含量分别为 4.4374、
0.9413、 0.7609、 0.6834， 高于广西种群。 结果表明， 两个罗氏沼虾种群均具有较高的遗传多样性， 具有较大的
育种潜力。 |
