      为培育出苗情一致、长势较强的水芹种子苗,采用不同的育苗基质和田园土以不同比例进行复 配,选择适合水芹种子苗生长的育苗基质配方。以湿栽水芹(Oenanthe stolonifera D.C.)D07 为试验材料, 研究了不同育苗基质配方对湿栽水芹种子苗生长、根系活力、品质及功能性成分含量的影响。结果表明,蔬 菜育苗基质与田园土配比为1∶1 或者蚯蚓粪与田园土配比为3∶2 时,培育出的水芹苗生长量高,秧苗长 势较好,壮苗指数测定值均为0.13;光合色素含量高,根系发达,有利于幼苗生长。各地可以根据当地实际 情况选择使用合适的育苗基质配方。
英文摘要:
      To cultivate vigorously growing water dropwort seedings with uniform performance,substrates and field soil were mixed in different proportions and the optimum substrate formulation for water dropwort growing was selected. Using wet-cultivated water dropwort(Oenanthe stolonifera D.C.)‘D07’as materials,the effects of different cultivation substrates on growth, root activity and functional components of root and leaf blades were studied. The results showed that,when the ratio of vegetable substrate to field soil was 1∶1, or the ratio of wormcast to field soil was 3∶2,the seedlings the plant growth was the highest and the best, the strong seedling index values were both 0.13, had high photosynthetic pigment content, and their roots developed well, the two substrates were good for seedling growth of wet-cultivated water dropwort.
