      秀珍菇是近年来深受市场欢迎的食用菌品种,筛选出产量高、价格低廉的培养基配方具有重要 的生产意义。金针菇渣是金针菇生产后的废弃物,菇渣中含有大量未被利用的营养物质。研究尝试利用工 厂化生产的金针菇渣栽培秀珍菇,通过试验发现,培养基质中增加金针菇渣的含量秀珍菇菌丝的生长速率 变慢,原基形成时间推迟。出菇结果显示,随着金针菇渣含量的升高,秀珍菇的子实发育形态正常,但重量 下降,生物转化率相比对照棉籽壳培养基下降。随着转潮次数的增多,金针菇渣含量高的配方产量逐步降 低。金针菇渣含量为40%时净利润最高,可部分代替棉籽壳作为培养基。
英文摘要:
      Pleurotus geesteranus mushroom has high sales turnover in recent years. Screening of high yield, low-cost media formulations has important significance for production. Flammulina velutipes spent compost is the waste after F. velutipes cultivation,it contains a lot of nutrients untapped. In this study,we used F. velutipes spent compost as substrate for P. geesteranus cultivation. The results showed that F. velutipes residue compost content increased P. geesteranus mycelial growth and primordia formation delayed. With the increase of F. velutipes spent compost content,P. geesteranus fruit body weight and biological efficiency decreased. when F. velutipes residue content was 40%,there was the highest net profit,it could be partially replaced cottonseed hull in P. geesteranus cultivation medium.
