      利用叶绿素荧光技术研究了59 个甘蔗细茎野生种质资源的叶片叶绿素荧光特性,为高光效甘 蔗细茎野生资源的筛选利用及高光效甘蔗品种改良提供参考。结果表明:光合特性4 个参数Fv/Fm×ETR factor/2 最大电子传递产量、α 光合利用效率、ETRm 最大电子传递速率、Ik 最小饱和光强差异均达到达到 极显著。采用系统聚类分析方法,以α 光合利用效率为指标,将59 个材料分为4 大类,即Ⅰ类高光合利用 效率、Ⅱ类中高光合利用效率、Ⅲ类中光合利用效率和Ⅳ类低光合利用效率。筛选出云南75- Ⅰ-10、云南 82-61、福建登科8 号和四川88-34 等4 个高光效种质材料,在甘蔗原始创新上可加以利用。
英文摘要:
      Chlorophyll fluorescence technology was applied to investigate the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of 59 sugarcane germplasm resources,to provide a reference for the high photosynthetic efficiency of sugarcane resources utilization and screening of high photosynthetic efficiency of sugarcane variety improvement.The results showed that,the photosynthetic characteristics differences of the 4 parameters Fv/Fm * ETR factor/2,alpha ETRm maximum light use efficiency,electron transfer efficiency,Ik minimum saturation intensity differences were significant. Using cluster analysis method,α photosynthetic light use efficiency as the index,the 59 materials were divided into 4 categories,namely class Ⅰ high photosynthetic efficiency,class Ⅱ in high photosynthetic efficiency and photosynthetic efficiency in class Ⅲ and Ⅳ low photosynthetic efficiency. Four high efficiency germplasm materials were selected,including Yunnan 75- I -10,Yunnan 82-61,No. 8 of Fujian dengke,and Sichuan 88-34,which could be used on the original innovation in sugarcane.
