      定期监测广西布良水库网箱养殖水域养鱼网箱“近点”和“远点”浮游生物和主要理化因 子,用浮游生物完整性指数(P-IBI)评价两监测点水域健康状况,分析其与水质主要理化因子的关联性, 为建立基于养殖对象与养殖环境友好的大水面可持续开发利用模式提供参考。P-IBI 评价结果表明,养鱼 网箱远点水质为“健康”和“亚健康”,近点水质为“亚健康”和“良”;P-IBI 指数与水质因子关联度 为:网箱近点pH > DO > WT > SD > CODMn > TP > NO2-N > NH3-N > BOD5,网箱远点pH > SD > NH3-N > TP > DO=NO2-N > WT > CODMn > BOD5。总体上水质健康状况远点优于近点,可通过适度调控 与P-IBI 指数关联度高的水质因子改善水质。
英文摘要:
      We periodically monitored and analyzed the plankton and main physical and chemical factors of fish cage in the cage culture waters of“ near point”and“far point” in Buliang Reservoir,Guangxi Plankton index of biotic integrity(P-IBI) was used to evaluate the health status of two monitoring sites,and the relationship between P-IBI and main physical and chemical factors was analyzed,which could provide a reference for the sustainable development and utilization of aquatic environment based on ecological farming and analyzing the data. The P-IBI results showed that the water quality of fish cage of for point was“healthy”and“sub-health”,the water quality of near point was“sub-health”and“general”. The order of relevance of P-IBI to the water quality factor was:pH> DO > WT > SD > CODMn > TP > NO2-N > NH3-N > BOD5(near point),pH > SD > NH3-N > TP > DO=NO2-N > WT > CODMn > BOD5(far point). In general,the health status of water quality of far point was superior to that of near point,and the water quality can be improved by moderate regulation of physical and chemical factors of water with high correlation with P-IBI index.
