      以大野荞为研究对象,应用植物解剖学和组织化学方法对其根和茎的解剖结构及黄酮类化合 物的分布规律进行研究,为大野荞中有效成分的累积提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)大野荞根的初生根为 四原型,髓部发达。初生木质部导管为环纹加厚,而次生木质部导管为网纹和孔纹增厚。周皮及次生韧皮部 含有少量的晶体,次生维管组织发达。茎由表皮、皮层和髓组成,次生木质部和韧皮纤维发达,导管为环纹 增厚。(2)黄酮类化合物的分布:在根中,主要分布在周皮、韧皮部和维管形成层附近的薄壁细胞中;在茎 中,主要分布在表皮、厚角组织、皮层薄壁细胞、韧皮薄壁细胞、束中形成层、木薄壁细胞中。大野荞根和 茎的特有结构有助于其适应干旱环境,茎中黄酮的着色面积比根中大。
英文摘要:
      The anatomical method and histochemical method were used to study the anatomy of root and stem in Fagopyrum megaspartanium and study the distribution of flavonoids,in order to provide excellent reserves for the accumulation of effective components in F. megaspartanium. The results show that the primary xylems are tetrarch. Pith tissue is developed. The vessel of primary xylem is annular thickening and the vessel of secondary xylem is reticulate or pitted thickening. The periderm and secondary phloem contains a small amount of crystal. The secondary vascular tissues are well developed. Stems are composed of epidermis,cortex and pith. The secondary xylem and phloem fiber are developed. In root,flavonoids mainly distribute in the periderm,phloem,vascular cambium;In stem,they mainly distribute in the epiderm,collenchyma,cortical parenchyma,phloem,fascicular cambium, interfascicular cambium and xylem parenchyma. The special structure of root and stem in F. megaspartanium,can help to adapt to the arid environment. The color area of flavonoids in stem is larger than that in root.
