      2015—2017 年连续3 年对妃子笑、黑叶和怀枝上嫁接井岗红糯荔枝的物候期及果实品质进行 跟踪记录和研究,结果表明:以偏早熟荔枝品种妃子笑和黑叶为砧木的白点期及开花期分别较以怀枝为砧 木的早3~17 d 和1~3 d,以妃子笑和黑叶为砧木的果实成熟期较以怀枝为砧木的提前5~7 d;以黑叶和妃 子笑为砧木的果实平均单果质量较以怀枝为砧木的分别大38.1% 和35.8%;以怀枝为砧木的果形更接近正 心形;以怀枝为砧木的果实果皮较以妃子笑和黑叶为砧木的更为鲜红;以妃子笑为砧木的井岗红糯果实焦 核率平均为81.7%,高于以黑叶为砧的58.0%,是怀枝为砧的2.49 倍;以黑叶和妃子笑为砧的果实每100 g 的Vc 含量分别为30.47 mg 和25.86 mg,远远高于以怀枝为砧;以怀枝为砧的果实平均TSS 和TA 含量分别 为17.8% 和0.14%,高于以妃子笑和黑叶为砧。
英文摘要:
      Phenological period and fruit quality of Jingganghongnuo( JGHN) grafted on rootstock of Feizixiao (FZX),Heiye( HY) and Huaizhi( HZ) respectively were recorded and comparatively studied from 2015 to 2017. The results showed that the whitish millets and flowering stage of JGHN grafted on FZX and HY rootstock were respectively 3~17 days and 1~3 days earlier than those on HZ. While the fruit maturation stage were 5~7 days ahead of in the same comparative situation. Compared to fruits grafted on HZ, mean fruit weight of JGHN grafted on HY and FZX were 38.1% and 35.8% bigger respectively. In addition,more closely heart-shaped and more brighter pericarp color of JGHN fruit were observed with rootstock of HZ than with other two kinds of rootstock. In terms of aborted-seed rates of JGHN,average value with rootstock FZX was 81.7%,which was 58.0% higher than with HY, and 2.49 times of those with HZ. Vc content of JGHN grafted on HY and FZX were 30.47 mg/100g and 25.86 mg/100g respectively,significantly higher than grafted on HZ. TSS and TA of JGHN grafted on HZ were 17.8% and 0.14%, both were obviously higher than that granted on FZX and HY.
