      【目的】探究铁改性生物质炭对小白菜吸收镉以及产量与品质的影响。【方法】以广东韶关重金 属镉污染的菜田土壤为基质,通过室内盆栽试验,研究铁改性生物质炭不同施用量〔生物炭 / 土壤重量比分别为 0(CK)、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、1%〕对小白菜根际、非根际土壤水溶态、交换态镉含量及镉吸收、品质及抗氧 化酶活性等的影响。【结果】铁改性生物质炭处理显著降低根际以及非根际土壤水溶态镉含量,铁改性生物质 炭添加量在 0.5% 时根际水溶态镉含量最低,为 CK 的 58.55%;铁改性生物质炭添加处理的根际与非根际土壤交 换态镉含量无显著性差异。同时,铁改性生物质炭添加可提高小白菜生物量以及 Vc、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质 含量,降低小白菜硝酸盐含量、镉含量与吸收量,显著提高小白菜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD) 和硝酸还原酶(NR)活性。【结论】铁改性生物质炭添加量为 0.5% 时效果最佳,对镉污染土壤小白菜产量和 品质具有明显促进和改善作用,同时能够降低根际土壤水溶态镉含量,降低小白菜对镉的吸收风险。

      【Objective】The study was conducted to explore the influences of iron modified biochar on the Cadmium (Cd)uptake, yield and quality of the Chinese cabbage in cadmium contaminated soil.【Method】A pot experiment was designed with the Cd contaminated soil(as substrate) from the vegetable field in Shaoguan, Guangdong province. Different proportions of biochar﹝biochar/soil weight =0 (control), 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 1%﹞ was applied to study the change of the water soluble, exchangeable cadmium in rhizosphere/non-rhizosphere soil, and the cadmium uptake, quality and antioxidant enzyme activity of Chinese cabbage.【Result】The results showed that the iron modified biochar treatment could significantly reduce the water soluble cadmium content in rhizosphere soil compared with that of the control, which was the lowest in the biochar/soil =0.5% treatment, as 58.55% of the control. And the water soluble cadmium content in non-rhizosphere soil was also decreased significantly. Howerer, there was no significant difference in the exchangeable cadmium content between the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil with the biochar application. Compared with the control, the biochar addition could increase the biomass, Vc, soluble sugar and soluble protein content of Chinese Cabbage. And the superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and nitrate reductase (NR) activity in Chinese cabbage were increased significantly with biochar application While the content of nitrate and the cadmium uptake of Chinese cabbage was reduced.【Conclusion】 The biochar/soil weight =0.5% was the best treatment, which could improve the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage under the cadmium stress, decrease the water soluble cadmium content in rhizosphere, and reduce the risk of Cd accumulation in Chinese cabbage.
