| 农业是国民经济的基础,农业生产仍然对气象环境的依赖性大。当前“三农”领域发展短板,最直观地体现在农村基础设施和公共服务领域,这两方面都涉及气象服务的应用。本文从农业气象观测网、农业产业信息、为农服务链条三个方面探讨农村气象公共设施的不足,以及从气候资源区划、农产品品质评估、农业气象指数保险、农业科研气象参与度四个方面分析发现农业气象服务应用存在欠缺现象。建议政府部门加快智能“互联网+”现代信息技术应用,加快农业气象基础设施建设,实施“农业+气象”的融合方式,促进农业现代化,推动休闲农业发展。 |

| Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and agricultural production is still dependent on the meteorological environment. At present, the development of the field of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is which is most intuitively reflected in the field of rural infrastructure and public services, both of which involve the application of meteorological services. This paper discusses the shortage of rural meteorological public facilities from three aspects: agrometeorological observation network, agricultural industry information and service chain for agriculture, and analyzes the deficiency of agrometeorological service application from four aspects: climate resource zoning, agricultural product quality assessment, agrometeorological index insurance and agricultural scientific research meteorological participation. It is suggested that government departments should speed up the application of intelligent "Internet" modern information technology, speed up the construction of agrometeorological infrastructure, implement the integration mode of "agrometeorology ", promote agricultural modernization and promote the development of leisure agriculture. |
