      【目的】明确戊唑醇和咯菌腈复配对火龙果褐腐病菌联合毒力与田间防治效果。【方法】采用生长速率法测定戊唑醇、咯菌腈及其复配物对火龙果褐腐病菌的室内毒力,以Wadley法评价增效作用,并验证了复配物对火龙果褐腐病的田间防效。【结果】咯菌腈和戊唑醇对火龙果褐腐病菌均表现出良好的抑菌效果,EC50值分别为0.0045、0.0671 mg/L。戊唑醇与咯菌腈按质量比为9:1、8:2、7:3、6:4、5:5、4:6、3:7、2:8和1:9复配对火龙果褐腐病菌表现为加和作用,增效系数分别为0.97、1.15、1.15、1.03、1.08、0.97、0.84、0.86和0.89。有效浓度分别为100 mg/kg和500 mg/kg连续喷施3次时,末次药后7 d,戊唑醇和咯菌腈质量比8:2复配的对火龙果褐腐病平均防效分别为80.31%和89.44%,戊唑醇单剂的平均防效分别为80.24%和89.71%,咯菌腈单剂的平均防效分别为70.08%和76.29%;末次药后15 d,戊唑醇和咯菌腈质量比8:2复配的平均防效分别为76.80%和83.63%,戊唑醇单剂的平均防效分别为74.63%和81.22%,咯菌腈单剂的平均防效分别为54.53%和65.24%;复配物两种施药浓度的防效均比使用相同浓度单一药剂的防效高。【结论】戊唑醇和咯菌腈质量比为8:2的复配物对火龙果褐腐病菌具有良好的抑菌效果,在田间防治效果好且对火龙果无药害,可以在火龙果生产上推广使用。

      【Objective】This study aim to clarify the synergic toxicity and field control efficacy of tebuconazole and fludioxonil against Neoscytalidium dimidiatum caused brown rot on Pitaya. 【Method】The mycelial growth rate test was conducted to determine the laboratory toxicity efficacy of tebuconazole, fludioxonil and their compound system on N. dimidiatum. The synergism effect of the compound system was then evaluated by Wadley method. The field experiment of the compound was carried out to verify its control effect on pitaya brown rot disease. 【Result】Fludioxoni and tebuconazole showed good inhibition effect against N.dimidiatum on Pitaya, and the EC50 values were 0.0045 and 0.0671 mg/L, respectively. The mixture of tebuconazole and fludioxonil at the mass ratio of 9:1, 8:2, 7:3, 6:4, 5:5, 4:6, 3:7, 2:8 and 1:9 exhibited an additive effect on N. dimidiatum with a synergistic ratio of 0.97, 1.15, 1.15, 1.03, 1.08, 0.97, 0.84, 0.86 and 0.89, respectively. After 7 days of the last spraying the active ingredient concentration of 100 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg on pitaya plants for three times, the average control effect of tebuconazole and fludioxonil with the mass ratio of 8:2 was 80.31% and 89.44%, respectively. And the average control effect of single tebuconazole was 80.24% and 89.71%, while the average control effect of single fludioxonil was 70.08% and 76.29%, respectively. After 7 days of which, the average control effect of tebuconazole and fludioxonil with the mass ratio of 8:2 was 76.80% and83.63%, respectively. And the average control effect of single tebuconazole was 74.63% and 81.22%, while the average control effect of single fludioxonil was 54.53% and 65.24%, respectively. The control effect of two active ingredient concentrations of tebuconazole and fludioxonil compound was all higher than that of single fungicide. 【Conclusion】The agent of tebuconazole and fludioxonil mixture with the mass ratio of 8:2 showed good inhibitory effect to N. dimidiatum on Pitaya, and also showed good control efficacy in the field and were nontoxic to Pitaya. The 8∶2 mass ratio could be extended in the controlling Pitaya brown rot disease in dragon fruit production.
