| 【目的】在现代农业发展新常态下,加快推进省级农业科研单位的科技成果与产业全面对接,充分用好用足政策,创新成果转化的机制,调动科技人员的投身科技成果转化的积极性和能动性,全面提升科研工作服务政府、服务产业支撑现代农业发展能力。【方法】以广东省农业科学院为例,分析当前农业科技成果转化的现状、发展趋势及面临的机遇与挑战。【结果】当前省级农业科研单位仍是成果供给和转化的重要主体,在科技支撑农业供给侧结构性改革和乡村振兴战略等方面作用和地位日益凸显。新常态下传统的单一品种、技术、专利等成果转化呈明显下降趋势,以面向产业发展、技术覆盖面广、时效性强的全产业链技术服务、技术咨询、技术培训和集成技术越来越受市场青睐。【结论】针对当前存在的科技成果供给不足、专业人才缺乏、学科及人才培养与全产业链科技服务存在脱节、市场主体传统观念影响等突出问题,提出强化政策供给、用好科技资源、创新成果转化的体制机制、完善成果转化专业机构和人才队伍建设等对策建议,为新常态下推动农业科技成果转化探索实践提供参考借鉴。 |

| 【Objective】Under the new normal of modern agricultural development, the significance of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is to enhance scientific research for servicing government and the agricultural industry, support the development of modern agriculture by making comprehensive cooperation, using the good policy, innovating achievements transformation mechanism, energizing scientific and technical personnel.【Method】Take Guangdong academy of agricultural sciences as an example, analyzed the current situation, development trend, opportunities and challenges of the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements.【Results】Provincial agricultural research institution are still an important part of the supply and transformation of achievements, playing an increasingly prominent role in supporting agricultural supply-side structural reform and rural revitalization strategy through science and technology. It showed that the transformation of traditional single varieties, technologies, patents and other achievements had an obvious downward trend, while the technical service, consultation, training and integration technology which orentied to industrial development, wide technology and strong timeliness of whole industrial chain are more and more popular in the market.【Conclusion】For the prominent problems such as the shortage of achievements and professional talents, the disconnection between the training of disciplines and the chain, the influence of traditional concepts of market subjects, It provides reference for the exploration and practice of promoting the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements under the new normal that by putting forward some countermeasures and Suggestions, such as strengthening policy supply, making good use of scientific and technological resources, system and mechanism for the transformation of innovative achievements, and improving the professional institutions for the transformation of achievements and the construction of talent team |
