【目的】广藿香[Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.]这一药用植物正在面临着种质资源衰竭,产品质量下降等问题,威胁了其入药的安全性、稳定性、有效性。而丛枝菌根真菌作为菌肥接种,可以促进植物生长、提高经济产量、抗逆性、抗病性等。为了解其对广藿香生长和其药用有效成分的影响,以期达到提高质量、增加产量,满足用药需要的目的,本研究从AM真菌入手开展了试验。【方法】本试验采用盆栽试验,设置单接种幼套近明球囊霉(Claroideoglomus etunicatum,CE)、单接种摩西管柄囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae,FM)和不接种的空白对照三组处理对广藿香进行侵染,比较广藿香生长期内和收获后各项指标的差异。【结果】接种FM处理的广藿香株高比对照高9.0%,基部茎径比对照高9.8%,干物质量比对照高21.4%,挥发油得率比对照高40.1%;接种CE处理的广藿香株高比对照高18.6%,基部茎径比对照高14.4%,干物质量比对照高51.4%,挥发油得率比对照高95.2%。【结论】不同丛枝菌根真菌对广藿香侵染能力不同;FM与CE均对广藿香生长有显著的促进作用,还能提高吲哚乙酸含量、抑制脱落酸产生;但CE对广藿香的整体增益效果更好,且对于广藿香产量中最重要的挥发油含量积累的促进效果更佳。 |

【Objective】Pogostemon cablin, a medicinal plant, is facing the problems of germplasm resources depletion and product quality degradation, which threatens its safety, stability and effectiveness. However, the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can promote plant growth, increase economic output, stress resistance, disease resistance and so on. This study started with the experiment of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, in order to understand its effect on the growth of Pogostemon cablin and its medicinal active ingredients, in order to improve the quality, increase the output and meet the needs of drug use. 【Method】Pot experiment was used in this experiment. The infection of Pogostemon cablin was carried out in three groups: one inoculated with claroideoglomus etunicatum, one inoculated with funneliformis mosseae and the other inoculated with blank control. The differences of growth period and harvest indexes of Pogostemon cablin were compared. 【Result】The plant height of Pogostemon cablin treated with FM was 9.0% higher than the control group, the stalk diameter of Pogostemon cablin was 9.8% higher than the control group, the dry weight of Pogostemon cablin was 21.4% higher than the control group, and the yield of volatile oil was 40.1% higher than the control group; The plant height of Pogostemon cablin treated with CE was 18.6% higher than the control group, the stalk diameter of Pogostemon cablin was 14.4% higher than the control group, the dry weight of Pogostemon cablin was 51.4% higher than the control group, and the yield of volatile oil was 95.2% higher than the control group. 【Conclusion】Different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have different infection ability to Pogostemon cablin. FM and CE can promote the growth of Pogostemon cablin, increase the content of indoleacetic acid and inhibit the production of abscisic acid. But CE has a better effect on the overall gain of Pogostemon cablin. Moreover, it has a better effect on the accumulation of the most important volatile oil in the production of Pogostemon cablin. |
