| In 2014, the pilot reform of marketing rural collective land has achieved some results, which make good use of land reserves、increased the rural collective and farmers＇ economic income. This paper uses Super-efficiency DEA model to measure the market efficiency of collective construction land from 1995 to 2001 and 2012 to 2018.Then, using the Difference-in-Differences model to analyze the performance of rural collective construction land differences between the before and after the policy execution in Nanhai of Guangdong. The results show that:1.After the implementation of the policy in 2015,the utilization efficiency of collective construction land in 2017 was 0.78% higher than in 2015.It reflects that the pilot reform promotes the improvement of the expectation of marketing rural collective land;2.The income of rural residents has a positive impact on the utilization rate of collective construction land and is significant at 5% ;The total agricultural output value and cultivated land area have negative impacts on the utilization efficiency of collective construction land and is respectively at 5% and 1% .Policy implications:1. Pilot areas should combine with the local actual situation to explore new methods;2. Break the barriers of pilot reform and increase cooperation opportunities. |
