【目的】为探讨戊唑醇在不同类型香蕉种植土壤中的主要环境行为情况。【方法】建立了土壤中戊唑醇气相色谱-质谱检测方法(GC-MS),并研究了它在海南砖红壤、云南沙土、福建平原冲积土三种典型香蕉种植土壤中的降解、吸附、淋溶行为,评价了戊唑醇在不同土壤类型中的消解和迁移能力。【结果】戊唑醇的平均添加回收率为81.20%~100.80%,相对标准偏差为2.81%~4.35%,在0.0125μg/ml~0.25μg/ml有着良好的线性关系。戊唑醇在土壤中的降解动态方程符合一级动力学方程,其中在三种不同土壤中的降解半衰期分别为21.07d、19.92d、24.76d。【结论】戊唑醇在云南沙土中的降解最快,福建平原冲积土中的降解最慢;海南砖红壤对戊唑醇的吸附能力最强,云南沙土的吸附性最差,均表现为易吸附;戊唑醇在三种土壤中均表现为难淋溶。 |

【Objective】In order to investigate the safety of tebuconazole on soil environment of banana planting,【Method】 a GC-MS method was established for the determination of Tebuconazole in soil.The degradation, adsorption and leaching behavior of tebuconazole in three typical banana planting soils, namely, Hainan latosol , Yunnan sandy soil and Fujian plain alluvial soil , were studied. And the digestion and migration of Tebuconazole in different soil types were evaluated.【Result】The results showed that the average recovery rate of tebuconazole was 81.20% ~ 100.80%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.81% ~ 4.35%. The linear range was 0.0125μg/ml ~ 0.25μg/ml. The degradation dynamic equation of tebuconazole in soil accorded with the first-order kinetic equation, and its half-life period in three different soils were 21.07d, 19.92d and 24.76 d.【Conclusion】 Tebuconazole was degraded fastest in sandy soil of Yunnan and slowest in alluvial soil of Fujian plain .The Hainan latosol has the strongest adsorption capacity, and the Yunnan sandy soil has the worst adsorption capacity, which was easy to adsorb. Tebuconazole was difficult to leach in the three soils. |
