在抗氧化系统中,ROS产生和清除处于动态平衡的过程称为ROS稳态,ROS稳态的维持与生物体内的一系列生物学过程密切相关。最近的研究表明,ROS稳态失衡通常会导致花药不能正常发育,本文归纳总结了与水稻花药发育相关ROS稳态调控基因的研究概况,包括ROS产生系统、ROS清除系统、编码转录因子及其它蛋白的相关基因,旨在为进一步深入了解ROS稳态基因调控水稻花药的分子机理奠定基础。 |

In the antioxidant system, the process of ROS production and clearance in a dynamic balance is called ROS homeostasis, and the maintenance of ROS homeostasis is closely related to a series of biological processes in organisms. Recent studies have shown that ROS homeostasis imbalance usually leads to abnormal anther development. This paper summarized the research on ROS homeostasis regulation genes related to rice anther development, including ROS production system, ROS clearance system, genes encoding transcription factors and other proteins. The aim is to lay a foundation for further understanding of the molecular mechanism of ROS homeostasis gene regulation of rice anther. |
