Abstract:
      Abstract: 【Objective】In order to clarify the impact of inoculation of rhizobia agent on peanut yield and economic benefits under the condition of reduced application of chemical fertilizer, and promote the green and high yield of peanut production industry.【Method】The high-yielding peanut variety Taihua 0605-2 was selected as the experimental material, and the field experiment was used to inoculate rhizobia agent by set 7 treatment, conventional fertilization (N100%) + rhizobia agent seed dressing, nitrogen reduction 20% ((N80%) + rhizobia agent seed dressing; Nitrogen reduction 40% ((N60%) + rhizobia agent seed dressing; Nitrogen reduction 60% ((N40%) + rhizobia agent seed dressing; Nitrogen reduction 80% ((N20%) + rhizobia agent seed dressing; Nitrogen reduction 100% + rhizobia agent seed dressing; Nitrogen reduction 100% + no rhizobia seed dressing.and conventional fertilization was selected as the control (CK) to study the effects of rhizobia agent (seed coating) treatment on the number of peanut nodulations, growth and development, dry matter accumulation, yield and economic benefits under different nitrogen reduction fertilization methods. 【Result】The number of nodules in peanut under conventional fertilization (N100%) was the lowest at seedling stage and flowering needle stage, and gradually increased with the decrease of nitrogen application rate, and after the podding stage, the number of nodules, plant height, lateral branch length, branch number, effective branch number, fresh matter mass accumulation and yield increased under 40% nitrogen reduction (N60%) treatment compared with the control treatment. Through the analysis of economic benefits, under the conditions of this experiment, the highest yield of nitrogen fertilizer dosage of 67.5 kg/hm2 + rhizobia agent was 5216.08kg/hm2, and the net income increase was the most significant, with an output value of 36512.55 yuan, which increased the yield by 2526.45 yuan/hm2 compared with the control conventional fertilization CK.【Conclusion】The 40% nitrogen reduction inoculation treatment could improve the agronomic traits of peanut such as plant height, lateral branch length, branch and effective branch number, and achieve the effect of stabilizing yield and increasing income, which was 5.30% higher than that of the control pod.
