【目的】为了研究茄果类作物嫁接的亲和性表现,明确不同砧木嫁接番茄接穗后接口处的生理反应。【方法】通过设置番茄接穗自嫁接(TS/TS)作为对照,与番茄接穗嫁接番茄砧木(TS/TR)、番茄接穗嫁接茄子砧木(TS/ER)、番茄接穗嫁接辣椒砧木(TS/PR)进行对比,系统地评估了不同嫁接组合嫁接后不同时间节点的PPO、POD、SOD酶活性,总酚、总类黄酮、丙二醛、生长素、细胞分裂素及赤霉素脱落酸、茉莉酸、水杨酸含量变化。【结果】研究发现,亲和性较好的嫁接组合,接口处总酚类黄酮、丙二醛含量低于其它嫁接组合,接口氧化应激程度较小,接口处抗氧化酶活性也显著低于其它组合。不亲和的嫁接组合(TS/TR)接口的总酚类黄酮、丙二醛及ABA含量则显著高于其它嫁接组合,接口氧化应激程度更高。对接口处酶活性及相关物质含量进行PCA分析发现同种嫁接与异种嫁接在接口氧化相关指标上具有显著差异。对不同嫁接组合接口处6种激素测定发现,自嫁接接口处CTK含量最低、JA含量最高,TS/PR组合接口CTK含量最高、JA含量最低。对6种激素进行相关性分析,发现不同嫁接组合接口处JA与SA呈极显著正相关,CTK与ABA呈极显著正相关。CTK与JA呈极显著负相关,ABA与JA呈显著负相关,SA与CTK呈显著负相关。【结论】本研究发现,在番茄嫁接苗中,接口处的生理生化状态与嫁接亲和性有关,砧穗亲和性越好,接口的氧化应激程度越低。亲和性越差的组合中氧化应激程度越高。 |

【Objective】 In order to study the affinity performance of grafting of solanaceous crops and clarify the physiological response at the interface of tomato scion grafted on different rootstocks. 【Method】 By setting tomato scion self-grafting ( TS / TS ) as a control, compared with tomato scion grafted tomato rootstock ( TS / TR ), tomato scion grafted eggplant rootstock ( TS / ER ), tomato scion grafted pepper rootstock ( TS / PR ), the changes of PPO, POD, SOD enzyme activity, total phenol, total flavonoids, malondialdehyde, auxin, cytokinin, gibberellin abscisic acid, jasmonic acid and salicylic acid content at different time points after grafting of different grafting combinations were systematically evaluated.【Result】The results showed that the content of total phenolic flavonoids and malondialdehyde at the interface of the grafting combination with better affinity was lower than that of other grafting combinations, the degree of oxidative stress at the interface was smaller, and the activity of antioxidant enzymes at the interface was also significantly lower than that of other combinations. The contents of total phenolic flavonoids, malondialdehyde and ABA in the interface of incompatible grafting combination ( TS / TR ) were significantly higher than those in other grafting combinations, and the interface oxidative stress was higher. PCA analysis of enzyme activity and related substance content at the interface showed that there were significant differences in interface oxidation related indexes between the same grafting and the different grafting. The determination of 6 hormones at the interface of different grafting combinations showed that the content of CTK was the lowest and the content of JA was the highest at the interface of self-grafting, and the content of CTK was the highest and the content of JA was the lowest at the interface of TS / PR combination. The correlation analysis of six hormones showed that JA and SA were significantly positively correlated at the interface of different grafting combinations, and CTK was significantly positively correlated with ABA. CTK was significantly negatively correlated with JA, ABA was significantly negatively correlated with JA, and SA was significantly negatively correlated with CTK.【Conclusion】This study found that in tomato grafted seedlings, the physiological and biochemical status of the interface is related to the grafting affinity. The better the rootstock-scion affinity, the lower the oxidative stress level of the interface. The worse the affinity, the higher the degree of oxidative stress in the combination. |
