黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)是一种由黄曲霉菌产生的强致癌性的真菌毒素,对农业经济和人畜健康造成重大影响。因此如何减少粮食中的黄曲霉毒素污染成为迫切解决的问题。目前,常用黄曲霉毒素B1减毒的方法主要包括物理法、化学法和生物法。本文旨在通过对比粮食中黄曲霉毒素B1的物理和化学降解技术的优势和局限性,并提出了综合应用多种技术的策略。通过查阅大量相关文献对比分析,发现单一减毒技术在AFB1减毒方面存在一定的局限性,而综合应用多种减毒技术可以更有效地减少粮食中AFB1的污染。综合应用物理、化学等减毒技术,可以更有效、经济和环保地减少粮食中AFB1污染,为AFB1减毒技术提供了新的思路和解决方案。 |

Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a potent carcinogenic mycotoxin produced by Aspergillus flavus, which has a significant impact on the agricultural economy and human and animal health. Therefore, how to reduce aflatoxin contamination in food has become an urgent problem. At present, the commonly used methods for AFB1 reduction mainly include physical, chemical and biological methods. The aim of this paper is to compare the advantages and limitations of physical and chemical degradation techniques for AFB1 in grain, and to propose a strategy for the comprehensive application of multiple techniques. By reviewing a large amount of relevant literature for comparative analysis, it was found that a single detoxification technology has certain limitations in AFB1 detoxification, while the integrated application of multiple detoxification technologies can be more effective in reducing the contamination of AFB1 in grain. The comprehensive application of physical, chemical and other detoxification technologies can reduce AFB1 contamination in grain more effectively, economically and environmentally friendly, providing new ideas and solutions for AFB1 detoxification technologies. |
