      【目的】针对柚果加工流通企业在库存管理上存在的散货堆垛易损伤,库存分级管理难度大,数字化程度低等问题提出柚果库存分级数字化管理。【方法】 基于无线射频(RFID)技术,结合柚果分选设备和木制果框设计开发柚果库存分级管理系统,在柚果分选机出果口、环形包装线的出货口加装RFID读写器,并在果框周边加装RFID芯片,配套开发数字化平台,以实现柚果的自动分级入库及在库分级管理和销售分级出库;同时基于手持式PDA开发APP应用,便于仓管工作人员对库存管理的实时查询和盘点。【结果】试验过程通过5次不同距离进行识别,得出识别果框最优距离为1.3~1.5米。在最优识别距离下果框入库进行模拟生产作业,统计出各个规格入库果框数目。本系统实际生产作业中进行了功能验证,各个规格出果口下放置40个未入库果框,试验结束后均已实现柚果信息入库,入库成功率100%。出货口处对各规格柚果果框进行出库试验,参照数据大屏及后台系统显示,柚果信息出库成功率达到100%,满足系统的实际工作需要。系统在蜜柚产季的应用数据表明,6种规格柚果3个月统货收购总重1145615kg,销售统计总重1063699kg,与企业记录数据相符。系统可详细记录各个规格柚果的入库框数,出库时打印相应的柚果溯源信息;核算出入库数据,系统计算柚果的损耗率仅为7.15%,相对于传统堆垛存储方式的损耗率15~20%,可大幅度降低柚果库存损耗。【结论】 柚果库存分级管理系统可实现柚果的分级入库、在库分级管理、分级出库溯源等功能,有效提高了柚果加工流通企业的工作效率、数字化管理水平和整体效益。

      [Objective] Aiming at the problems of easy damage of bulk stacking, difficulty in inventory grading management, and low degree of digitization in inventory management of pomelo processing and circulation enterprises, a digital management system for pomelo inventory grading was proposed. [Method] Based on radio frequency (RFID) technology, a pomelo inventory grading management system was designed and developed with pomelo sorting equipment and wooden fruit frames. RFID readers were installed at the fruit outlet of the pomelo sorting machine and the outlet of the ring packaging line, and RFID chips were installed around the fruit frames. A digital platform was developed to realize the automatic grading warehousing, in-stock grading management, and sales grading warehousing of pomelo. At the same time, an APP application was developed based on a handheld PDA to facilitate real-time query and inventory management of inventory management by warehouse staff. [Result] The experimental process was identified by five different distances, and the optimal distance for identifying fruit frames was 1.3-1.5 meters. At the optimal identification distance, the fruit frames were put into the warehouse for simulated production operations, and the number of fruit frames of various specifications entering the warehouse was counted. The system was functionally verified in actual production operations. 40 unstocked fruit frames were placed under the fruit outlets of multiple specifications. After the test, the information on the pomelo fruit was stored in the warehouse, and the storage success rate was 100%. The fruit frames of various pomelo specifications were tested for outbound delivery at the outlet. According to the data display and the background system, the success rate of Pomelo information outbound delivery reached 100%, meeting the actual work needs of the system. The application data of the system in the honey pomelo production season showed that the total weight of the 6 specifications of pomelo fruit purchased in 3 months was 1145615kg, and the total weight of sales statistics was 1063699kg, which was consistent with the company's record data. The system can record the number of storage frames of each specification of pomelo fruit in detail, and print the corresponding pomelo fruit traceability information when leaving the warehouse; after calculating the inbound and outbound data, the system calculated that the loss rate of pomelo fruit was only 7.15%, which can greatly reduce the loss of pomelo fruit inventory compared with the loss rate of 15~20% of the traditional stacking storage method. 【Conclusion】 The pomelo fruit inventory grading management system can realize the functions of graded warehousing, graded management in the warehouse, and graded outbound traceability of pomelo fruit, which effectively improves the work efficiency, digital management level and overall benefits of pomelo fruit processing and distribution enterprises.
