      【目的】彩叶芋因其花纹色彩丰富,被广泛用作室内外的观赏植物,具有较好的经济价值。本研究旨在缓解工厂化育苗生产实践中,由于季节和繁殖方式影响植株生长及色彩图案导致观赏性降低的问题。【方法】本试验通过不同光质研究彩叶芋再生植株生长的影响试验发现,光质影响彩叶芋叶片、株高、根系及色素含量的积累。【结果】对于单色光来说,红光不利于叶片大小的生长,且叶柄细,株型分散;蓝光有利于植株增高、叶片的色素积累和叶柄增粗,根系虽长但数量较少。对于组合光来说,组合光能够缓解红光不利于根系生物量的积累,同时有利于光合色素的积累,但与蓝光相比三种组合光均不利于株高的形成,株型紧凑;LED白光及单色光处理的植株叶片具有明亮的色泽,而LED组合光2色泽暗沉,观赏性独特;组合光3能够积累较高的花青素含量,观赏性较好。【结论】光质在缓解彩叶芋组织培养种苗观赏性降低的现象发挥重要作用。蓝光和组合光3均有利于植株形态发生和色素积累。因此与其他光质相比,蓝光和组合光更利于彩叶芋组培快繁再生植株的适应性。

      【【Objective】Caladium bicolor is widely used as an ornamental plant outdoors and indoors due to its colorful patterns with good economic value. In order to relief the ornamental value of plant seeding would be influence by seasons and reproductive methods, which affect the growth and colorful pattern in industrial breeding practice. 【Method】In this experiment, different light waves effect on tissue culture regenerated seeding, manifested in leaf, height, root and pigment accumulation. 【Result】For monochromatic light, red light is not conducive to the growth of leaves and petiole, with scattered plant types. Blue light is beneficial for plant height, pigment accumulation in leaves, and thickening of petioles. Although the root system is long, its quantity is relatively small. For combined light, complex LED light can alleviate the disadvantage of red light on the accumulation of root biomass, Simultaneously beneficial for the accumulation of photosynthetic pigments. However, compared with blue light, all three combinations of light are not conducive to the formation of plant height, and the plant shape is compact. The leaves of plants treated with LED white light and monochromatic light have bright colors, while LED-Complex 2 has a dark color and unique ornamental value. Complex-3 can accumulate higher anthocyanin content and has better ornamental value. 【Conclusion】The experimental results indicate that light quality plays an important role in alleviating the phenomenon of decreased ornamental value in Caladium bicolor tissue culture seedings. Both blue light and LED-Complex-3 are beneficial for morphogenesis and pigment accumulation. Therefore, compared with other light qualities, blue light and LED-Complex-3 are more conducive to the adaptability of tissue culture and rapid propagation regeneration of Caladium bicolor.
