      随机选取63尾淡水黑鲷袁分别测量全长、体长、体厚、体高、口裂、吻长、头高、头长、眼间距、眼径、眼后头长、躯干长、尾柄高、尾柄长和体重共15个形态学指标,并分析各形态性状与体重之间的关系,通过相关分析并结合通径分析的方法计 算以其14个形态性状为自变量,体重为依变量的决定系数、通径系数、相关系数以及复相关指数。结果表明,淡水黑鲷的14个形态性状和体重之间的相关系数均达到了极显著水平;头高、体厚、尾柄高和躯干长为影响淡水黑鲷体重的四大主要形态性 状,其中对体重直接影响最大的是头高(P2=0.360)这4个性状对体重的相关指数R2=0.915,通过逐步回归法建立的回归方程为y=-432.346+40.705x1+25.396x2+55.718x3+28.862x4(x1为头高,x2为躯干长,x3为尾柄高,x4为体厚),为淡水黑鲷育种提供了理论依据。

      To study the relationship of morphological characters and body weight of Hephaestus fuliginosush, phenotype form measurement was taken on 63 samples in Guangzhou Panyu Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Guangdong, China. The morphological index used in this study included total length, body length, body depth, body width, mouth, head length, head height, snout length,diameter of eye, the eye spacing, head length behind the eyes, length of trunk, height of caudal peduncle, length of caudal peduncle and body weight. Using the correlation analysis and path analysis method, we calculated the determination coefficient, path coefficient and complex related index, taking morphological characters as independent variables, weight as dependent variable. The results showed that all the correlation coefficient of each independent variable and body weight of H. fuliginosush were highly significant. Head height, body thickness, height of caudal peduncle and length of trunk were the main characteristics affected body weight of H. fuliginosush, in which the head height had a major direct effect (P2=0.360) on body weight. The correlation index of the 4 traits to body weight was 0.915. The multiple regression equation relating the body weight was established as y=-432.346+40.705x1+25.396x2+55.718x3+28.862x4, in which y was body weight, x1, x2, x3, x4 were the head height, length of trunk, height of caudal peduncle, body width, respectively. These results provided a theoretical basis to the broodstock of H. fuliginosush.
