      以杂交松当年生茎段为外植体,对杂交松进行了组织培养研究。结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为DCR+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,诱导率为43.3%;最佳增殖培养基为DCR+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,增殖率为96.7%;最佳生根培养基为1/2DCR+NAA 2.0 mg/L,生根率为53.3%,平均生根数为9.4 条/株。
英文摘要:
      Took the current-year-grown stem segments of Pinus elliottiiXPinus caribaea as explants, we studied the tissue culture of Pinus elliottiiXPinus caribaea. The results showed that the best medium for inducing was DCR+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, and the frequency was 43.3%. The best media of propagation was DCR+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, in this instance, the propagation rate was 96.7%. And the best rooting media was 1/2DCR+NAA 2.0 mg/L, in this instance, the rooting rate was 53.3%, the average rooting number was 9.4 in every unit.
