The content of the amino acids in the crucian body were determinated by chemical derivatization method and GC-MS technique. The crucian is the key fish of the Dongping lake ecological system. The various amino acid levels was reveald, which could provide reliable data for further studing on the stability energy flow in Dongping lake ecosystem. |
