用分子生物学和形态学方法,鉴定出寄生在贵州榕江县脐橙园内柑橘粉虱上的病原菌为粉虱座壳孢Aschersonia
aleyrodis;探讨了座壳孢属内种间系统学关系,构建了系统发育树。研究结果显示,该菌生长的温度范围为10~30℃,最适温度为25℃;PDA培养基和玉米粉蔗糖酵母膏琼脂培养基比较适合该菌生长,丰富的氮源有利于该菌的生长,对碳源的利用以蔗糖最佳;光照对于该菌的生长没有显著影响,但12 h间隔光照有利于产孢。该菌在PDA、PSA 和玉米蔗糖酵母膏琼脂培养基上产孢较多。对能与该菌结合使用的常用农药进行了初步筛选,结果表明,除多菌灵外其余的6 种杀虫剂均不能完全抑制座壳孢菌落的生长,杀菌剂的抑制作用强于杀虫剂。 |

The Aschersonia aleyrodis living on Dialeurodes citri Ashmead was identified by morphology and molecular biological methods.Phylogenetic relationships in Aschersonia was discussed by constructing a phylogenetic tree.The temperature range for mycelial growth was 10~30℃,25℃was the optimum. The mycelial could grow better on PDA and corn flour sucrose yeast extract agar medium than others,more sucrose and nitrogen were the optimum. Illumination had no remarkably effect on the growth of the pathogen,but 12 hour intermittent illumination was in favour of the spore-bearing. The fungus produce more spores in PDA,PSA and corn flour sucrose yeast extract agar medium. The effection of seven chemicals on the mycelia growth of Aschersonia aleyrodis Webber were studied in this paper, the results showed that only one bactericide could inhibit the mycelia growth completely.The effect of bactericides was more serious than insecticides. |
